The Minnesota Gophers took 3 of 4 points against the Wisconsin Badgers in Madison this weekend. They defeated the Wisconsin Badgers 5-2 on Friday night. Mike Hoeffel, Patrick White, Taylor Matson, and Jacob Cepis scored for Minnesota. 3 of the 5 goals were powerplay goals. On Saturday, the Gophers and Badgers tied 3-3. Nate Condon, Jake Cepis, and Jake Hansen scored for Minnesota. Minnesota carried a lot of of the play over the weekend and will host Michigan Tech at Mariucci next weekend.
