The Minnesota Gophers Men's hockey team fell to 8th in the WCHA after taking 1 point from Minnesota-Duluth. The Bulldogs tied with the Gophers 2-2 on Friday night and then defeated the Gophers 6-4 on Saturday night at Amsoil Arena. With 19 points, the Minnesota Gophers are now in 8th place in the WCHA. They are 3 points ahead of Minnesota State and St. Cloud State, 5 points ahead of Bemidji State, and 16 points ahead of Michigan Tech. The Minnesota Gophers have dug a hole that they need to get out of.
