Second place: North Dakota
Tied for third place: Wisconsin, Denver, Minnesota State
Fourth place: Nebraska Omaha
Fifth place: Colorado College
Sixth place: Minnesota Duluth
Seventh place: Michigan Tech
Eighth place: Bemidji State
Ninth place: Alaska Anchorage
