The game started out a little slow, but three touchdowns in the fourth quarter made the Texas Bowl one of the most exciting games of the weekend. The Golden Gopher football team had more than a few chances to put the game away but just couldn't do it.
However, we want to look on the bright side and think it's great that this is a team that won at least eight games for the first time since 2003. Even with this disappointing loss (that was the sixth straight bowl loss), this was still a successful season with great games and fantastic fans who love their Gophers!
Thanks for another awesome football season, Gopher fans! See you next year, BIGGER and BETTER!
